We've partnered with Stripe for processing credit card payments. Accept credit card payments for one low rate across all cards. You'll be able to process card payments in the field directly through the Housecall Pro app and send electronic invoices to customers to pay via email and text.

If you do not want to use our card processor, that's okay. You'll still be able to mark your jobs as paid, while using your external card processing system alongside Housecall Pro. You can move to the final step, 7. Add your existing customers.

When you're on the Payouts page, click the 'edit' pencil across from 'Bank for payouts'

1) Bank Account

Enter your bank account info. Double check to make sure you got all the numbers right so your money hits your bank account in a timely manner. Make sure to hit 'save' and we can move to the next step

2) Account Representative

You'll have to enter in the information with the person affiliated with the company's bank account. You'll also have to enter your social security number and upload a picture of your ID. 

Once you enter your bank account info, run a $1 test transaction by creating a job and check for it in your bank account within 5 days. You can go to your Payouts to see deposit statuses.

Stripe disbursements take 2 business days to reach your account. However, if it is the first disbursement, it can take 5-7 business days to accommodate for the approval process.

Now that we've set up our account for card processing, let's move to the final step.
