We have updated the "Send Invoice" screen on Android to give you more of the options and settings that are available in the web portal. Here are the changes for both Admins and Field Techs
As an admin, you will now have the ability to send an invoice by text or by email, as well as edit the message that is included in the email, and choose whether or not to allow online payment on the invoice.
Note: to send an invoice by text, the setting to allow payment by credit card must be turned on
If your company allows customers to pay their invoices online by default, your field techs will have the ability to send an invoice by text from their mobile device. If not, they will continue to only see the email and attachments fields.
