Address notes are used to store info to the customer's specific address(es). These are internal notes that will remain attached to the customer until you edit or delete it.
Click 'Customers' to go to your customer database.
Search the customer by name, email, address or phone number and press enter. Click on the customer whose address notes you would like to update.
This will take you into the customer's detail page. On the right you will see the address for the customer. Click the '3 dots' button next to the address and click edit. Once you hit edit, you will see a line to add address notes. And your notes and then hit update.
Once you hit update you will notice the address note populates right below each address.
