The login information is the employee's email address and their password. The password is the employee’s last name (all lowercase) until it changed by you or your employee.
You can reset an employee’s password from the edit employee window.
To edit your employee's login information, click on the user icon in the top right corner of your dashboard to go to your Account Settings.
Next, click Employees.
Next click on the employee whose login information you would like to change.
If you would like to change the email address, delete the existing email address and type in the new email address. Then click Save.
To change the password, click the little blue edit button to the right of PASSWORD.
Type in the new password and click SAVE.
