If you or an employee forgot your password, you can follow these steps to reset it.
From the computer, iOS App and Android App you can click on the "Forgot Password" link.
If you are resetting your password from the mobile app, it will automatically send you a reset password email. If you are resetting on the computer, a window will pop open. Enter your email address and click send. A reset password email will be sent.
Go into your email account and look for the email from HouseCall:
When you open the email, you will see a link to click to update your password:
When you click on the link, you will be brought into a new webpage. You will need to type in a new password, and then re-type that password in the "Confirm Password" field. Then click the Update button.
Once you have completed this step, go to the Log In screen on your computer or mobile device and log in with your new password.
ADMINS: You can also update an Employees password. Click on settings and go to Employees. Open the profile of the Employee who needs their password updated. Update password and click Update.
