Step 1. From your web portal's main dashboard, click “Price Book” from the top main navigation.

Step 2. Under Settings on the left, click either "Import and export services" or " Import and export materials".

Then select the “Export” option:

Step 3. Once you select “Export”, you will receive a notification message that states "A CSV file with your price book will be emailed to you shortly." The file will then be sent to the email address used in your Housecall Pro account.
