The multi-option estimate feature is ideal for providing different packages or level-of-service options to a customer. You can create and name the options to use the feature to fit the way you run your business.
For example, the options can be named Good, Better and Best, allowing the customer to choose which level of service they would like. Or be grouped by the package options: Bronze Package, Silver Package and Gold Package.
To create estimate options, go to the estimate details page of the quote you would like to adjust. Click on the clipboard icon in the top right of the screen.
A drop down menu will appear. Select 'add option.'
A 'create new option' window will appear. Click 'create' in the bottom right corner to confirm the action.
This will create a blank form to be filled out with the new option information, schedule and notes. Option #1 will have all the information you've already entered into those fields. Option #2 will be blank, ready for you to enter the information for the next option available.
You can toggle between the different options by selecting each one at the top of the screen.
Repeat this process to create as many options as needed.
