With Housecall Pro, you can store you master list of your prices for both services and materials. This makes creating your invoices and estimates as efficient and easy as possible, wherever you are!

If you have your price list in an Excel or .CSV file, you can send it to us at pro@housecallpro.com and we will format and upload the file into your account for you. This option typically has a 2-business day turn around.

Otherwise, you can upload the list yourself or manually create the list within Housecall Pro by following these steps:

To enter your service and materials list, navigate to your dashboard and click on the user icon in the upper right corner. Then click Account Settings.

Then select 'My price list' on the top row.

You can then hit the green '+ Add' button in the top right of the screen. A drop down menu will appear. To manually enter a price list item, click 'New price list item.' To import your Excel or .CSV file, click 'Upload from .CSV.'
