When you are ready to start using HouseCall Pro with Quickbooks Online, you will need to connect the two.  Follow the steps below to connect to Quickbooks Online from HouseCall Pro.

  1. Navigate to your dashboard and click on the user icon in the upper right corner, then click on Account Settings.

   2. Click on 'Integrations'

   3.  Click the 'CONNECT' button

Once you select 'CONNECT,' you will be presented with the option to either create a new Quickbooks Online account (1), or connect to your existing account (2):

If you want to start fresh, or simply have not used Quickbooks Online previously, you can create a new account by clicking the 'Sign up for Quickbooks' button above.  You will be taken to a new web page where you will need to scroll down to select your plan.  When you create an account through this process you are eligible to receive a lifetime discount for the Quickbooks subscription.  Go ahead and select a plan that works best for you.  Once the Free Trial has expired you will be required to add a credit card.

You can connect to your existing Quickbooks Online account by clicking the 'Connect to Quickbooks' button above.  You will be directed to a log in screen for Quickbooks Online.  Enter your user name and password and sign in.  

After you complete the steps, you can verify if you're connected on the Quickbooks Integration page.  You will now see the dot next to Quickbooks is green.  Success!!
