Before you begin, make sure your QuickBooks Desktop data is clean and ready for import to QuickBooks Online.

Integrating with QuickBooks Online on the HouseCall Pro iOS App is easy! Just follow these steps:

​Step 1: Launch the HouseCall Pro App on your iOS device by tapping on the icon. 

​Step 2: Tap on "More" on the bottom bar.

​Step 3: Tap on "Connect to QuickBooks Online" text line.

Step 4: Tap on "Connect to QuickBooks" button.

Step 5: Enter your Email or user ID and your Password to sign into your QuickBooks Online Account.Note: QuickBooks may require an extra step authentication step by emailing you a pass code that you'll have to enter.

Step 6: QuickBooks will request you authorize the integration. Review the terms and tap on "Authorize" button to confirm.

Step 7: Click on the "Return to App" button once the screen confirms the start of the integration.

Step 8: You can monitor the status of the import on the "More" screen.

Step 9 : The import can take up to 24 hours to complete. You will receive an email confirming the import and the results.
