To update the QuickBooks Online credit card reconciliation account, go to your the QuickBooks Icon in the upper right hand corner of the Housecall Pro Navigation bar.

Scroll down to QuickBooks Online and then click on Banking.

Then click the drop down box under banking information to view the bank accounts available in QuickBooks Online. By selecting one of these accounts, your credit card and mobile check deposits will automatically reconcile to this account in QuickBooks Online.
