How do I track which automated emails have gone out to my customer?

Know which emails have been sent to your customers

Your email campaigns are created and live. Now, you want to keep track of who has been sent an email.

Navigating From My Apps

  1. Click on 'My Apps' from the top navigation bar

  2. Click 'Go to App Store'

3. Scroll down to the Marketing section and click 'Learn More' on Email automation.

4. Click 'GOT TO EMAIL MARKETING' which will take you to the email automation settings page.

5. Click on the campaign you would like to view and a list of the emails that have been sent will pop up. If the email was successfully sent, it will have the status 'sent.' If for any reason it could not be sent, the status will say 'rejected.'

6. A rejected status usually means that the address is not properly entered into the customer's profile. Go the customer's profile and double check that the email address is correct.
