Easily remove an employee from your Housecall Pro account by following the steps below.
Note: Before deleting that employee, please add the word 'archive' to the beginning of their employee email address, and save the changes. This will allow that users email address to be released from our system. Example: archivejarededwards@gmail.com
1. Click into your 'Account Settings'
2. Click 'Employees & permissions'
3. Select the pencil icon to edit the employee you'd like to delete
4. Select the trash can icon on the top right then click on 'Delete Employee'
The profile will be deleted immediately and you will return to the employee list.
