To select your Dispatch/Messaging POC (Point of Contact), click on the user icon in the top right corner of your dashboard to go to your Account Settings

Click Employees.

Under EMPLOYEES, click on the employee you would like to choose as your Dispatch/Messaging POC.  

The employee must be designated as Office Staff in order to be the POC.  Under PERMISSIONS, click the circle next to Office Staff if it's not already selected.

To the left of Dispatch/Messaging POC, click the toggle so it turns from grey to blue and click SAVE.
