Share/Refer a Job
You now have the ability to refer jobs that you're unable to complete for your customer. This means you can refer them to another service professional and send the job information directly to them, whether or not they're a Housecall Pro user, directly from your Housecall Pro mobile app!
To share the job, all you need to do is add that service professional to your network.
Follow the steps below on your mobile app to share a job:
On the Housecall Pro Mobile app, add a new job
On the Job creation page, select the customer requesting the job
Afterward, scroll down and tap on the 'My Network' tab under your 'Dispatch to' options.
You can add a new contact to your network easily by clicking the (+) icon
You can either select 'Import from address book' or 'Add person to my network' by manually filling out their name and number
Click 'Done'
Your colleague will receive a text message with a job they can claim through Housecall Pro.
They can click the link in the text message
The link will prompt them to download the Housecall Pro Mobile App
Once they download and open the app, The job will then populate!
