Filter Your Pipeline by Job Type

You Asked. We're Building.

The feature below started with feedback and votes from Pros like you. Our team listens to what’s getting in your way, looks for the problems that come up again and again, and turns that feedback into product improvements.

Filter Your Pipeline by Job Type

See only the category of work you care about right now — installs, repairs, maintenance — without scrolling past everything else on your Pipeline board.

This article covers how to filter your Pipeline board by job type.

Status: This feature is rolling out gradually to opt-in Pros and may not be available on your account yet.

What you can do with the Job Type filter

  • Narrow your Pipeline board to show only Jobs, Estimates, and Leads matching one or more job types.

  • Combine the Job Type filter with employee, stage, or Business Unit filters for a fully focused view.

  • See your filter selections saved in the page URL, so you can bookmark or share a specific view.

Good To Know

  • Rolling out gradually: This feature is currently available to opt-in Pros only, not yet to every account. If you don't see a Job Type filter option, it hasn't reached your account yet.

  • Requires job types configured: If your account doesn't have job types set up, this filter option won't appear.

  • Web only.

  • AND logic with other filters.
