If you have an invoice in HouseCall that you need marked as paid without sending the payment to QuickBooks Online -

In the job details, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the three little dots next to QuickBooks Online

Select ADD LOCAL PAYMENT
​

This new option, allows you to add the payment in HC without it sending to QuickBooks Online
