As long as you have Admin level permissions, you are able to chat in for support help via the mobile app (as well as the web portal).
To chat in through your iPhone, follow the steps below.
1. Click 'More' on the bottom right of your mobile app Dashboard
2. Click on 'Help & Support'
3. Click on the notepad icon to start a new conversation
4. Just type in your question and one of our wonderful support superheroes will respond to your as quickly as they can!
Note: Chat support is available 7 days a week, 5am-5pm PST Monday through Friday and 8am-4pm PST Saturday and limited support on Sunday.
