Approving an estimate is quick and easy for customers!
This email includes:
- An attached PDF version of the estimate
- The option to approve/decline the estimate once your customer clicks 'View Estimate'
Once your customer clicks on 'View Estimate', they will be taken to the following page (pictured below) to 'Approve' or 'Decline'
- Once the customer makes a selection, the estimate details page will then show that the customer has approved (or declined).
- To accept or decline on behalf of the customer (i.e. they give verbal approval over the phone), click the 'Approval' button and select from the drop down.
