Approving an estimate is quick and easy for customers!

Once you've completed your estimate and put together any additional options, you can send your customer their estimate via email, which will look similar to what you see below.

This email includes:

  • An attached PDF version of the estimate
  • The option to approve/decline the estimate once your customer clicks 'View Estimate

Once your customer clicks on 'View Estimate', they will be taken to the following page (pictured below) to 'Approve' or 'Decline' 

  • Once the customer makes a selection, the estimate details page will then show that the customer has approved (or declined).
  • To accept or decline on behalf of the customer (i.e. they  give verbal approval over the phone), click the 'Approval' button and select from the drop down.
