You can now add & edit equipment information and notes to your customer's service agreement for your internal tracking purposes. 

To enter model, serial number, or notes for the service agreement equipment, follow the steps below:

1. Open the customer profile with an already attached service agreement.

2. Click 'View' on the service agreement. 

3. Click the 'Edit' icon on the 'Equipment information & notes' section (on the left hand side under customer details). 

4. In the spaces provided, enter the model, serial number, and any notes you'd like to include.  

5. Click 'Save' once you've finished entering the info.
