The colors on the schedule are based on employee, zip code and job status.

Coloring the calendar by zip code is currently not available to all users. The feature will be available to everyone by the end of April 2024.

Colors on your schedule are a great way to easily organize your calendar based on what's most important to you. When scheduling jobs, colors are a great tool to optimize your scheduled based on employee or location. Once the job has started, colors help to easily display the status of the job.


Customizing Employee & Zip Code Colors

Employee colors are based on the users profile. To make updates to the employee's color navigate the employee page within settings.

Zip code colors are set up directly on the calendar page. Navigate to the left rail of the schedule and click the pencil icon next to areas.

Customizing your calendar view

Your calendar can be colored by employee or zip code. Easily update this when viewing your calendar.

What do the calendar colors mean?

The colors on the schedule are based employee and zip code when the job/estimate status is scheduled. Once the job/estimate begins, coloring reflects the status of the job.

Job Status

Example

Definition & Notes

Scheduled

Color is based on the current view of the calendar, either area or employee.

OMW & In Progress

Tile will be white and outlined in the color based on the current view of the calendar, either area or employee.

Completed

This status is applicable if the value of the line items = $0.

Completed and unpaid

Tile will be grey with a red outline.

Paid

Tile will always be grey.

Estimate Status

Tile will always be white.

What do the colors on mobile mean?

  • The colors on mobile are based on employee and then job/estimate status

  • Coloring by zip code is not currently available on mobile

Will my employee see these colors?

  • These are company wide settings so everyone in the organization will have the same colors available to them.
