With Housecall Pro’s consumer financing option turned on, customers will automatically have the option to finance their jobs when you send them an invoice.
With our easy integration, you don't have to do anything extra, the option for your customer will simply appear as shown below:
When sending an invoice, please be sure that your customer has a full name, address and phone number and that the job has a service date and total dollar amount.
Note: Affirm's financing options during checkout will only appear for jobs that fall within our partner’s approved dollar amounts ($50 - $10,000)
If a customer chooses to use Affirm during the checkout process, we will update your job to reflect their payment.
Once your customer is approved and accepts a loan to finance their job, the loan amount will be applied to the job total and reflected in the job’s activity feed.
Affirm's process will have the customer confirm the work has been done, meaning you will receive the payment for the job once they accept the terms and conditions of the loan.
We will then deposit the loan amount minus the fees into your Housecall Pro connected bank account.
You will be able to see the payment reflected in your payouts table as well.
