HouseCall Pro does not have a setting for an Income Account on Price List items. If you are using the QuickBooks integration with HouseCall Pro, you will need to set this after HouseCall Pro creates the Product/Service item for you in QuickBooks.
When you create a new prices list item in HouseCall Pro, it will be created in QuickBooks Online when it is sent over on the first invoice.
Once there, you will need to edit the Product/Service to select the Income Account you would like to attach to that item. Once that is set up, all future items of that sent to QuickBooks Online from HouseCall Pro will show under the account selected.
