Desktop notifications are available in our CallRail integration to show when a customer is calling. Clicking on the notification will take you to their customer details page.

How to enable desktop notifications:

Click on MY APPS and then GO TO APP STORE.

Scroll down to find the app card for CallRail and click LEARN MORE

On the app page for CallRail, there will be a bell icon in the top right corner. Click on this icon and a pop up will appear prompting you to enable notifications. Click ENABLE NOW.

Your browser will then prompt you to enable notifications. Click ALLOW.

You will see a notification letting you know that notifications are now ready and enabled.
