Updating the checking account on file that Housecall Pro payouts are sent to can be done in the web portal.
NOTE: You must be an office staff with permission to edit company info or an admin to be able to access the My Money page.
Once logged on, click on the My Money button.
In the My Money page, click on the settings gear icon in the top right corner.
When you click on the gear icon, a menu will pop out on the right and you will see the bank account for standard payouts and then the instapay debit card if you are using instapay. To update either account you will want to click on the pencil icon next to it. In this case the pencil next to the standard bank account.
Next, you will see a pop up with the option to connect your new bank account.
Hit Continue on the next page
Here you will then be able to search for your bank and login using your online banking credentials. If you can't find your bank, you can choose to manually enter your bank routing and account number.
When the connection is complete, you should be taken back to the main My Money page where you can click on the settings gear icon again to see the new account listed to verify it updated.
