What if I want to schedule a Sales Proposal?

Currently Sales Proposals do not have the ability to be scheduled, meaning you won’t find them in your calendar. If you are finding that you need these added to your calendar this is a great use case for events.

Create and schedule an event for the date and time that you want the Sales Proposal scheduled for. Make sure that you assign the event to the appropriate technician so that their calendar is blocked off during that time as well.

Will my customer or technician receive a notification or text that the proposal has been scheduled?

No. Events do not sen confirmation emails, texts, or notifications but your technician will see the event and it's details on their calendar.
