We suggest that you use Google Chrome to take and receive calls through our HCP VoIP solution. Google Chrome works the best with our dialer and VoIP solution.

How to Setup VoIP

  1. Make sure your desktop notifications are enabled. For details, please see: How to Enable Desktop Notifications

  2. Next, you will need to make sure your Chrome settings are correctly configured. To do that, click on the Lock icon next to your URL.

  3. This will open up an overlay where you will want to select Site Settings.

  4. From there, you will see a number of permissions. These are the permissions you will want to make sure are toggled on:

    1. Microphone = Allow

    2. Notifications = Allow

    3. Pop-ups and redirects = Allow

    4. Sound = Allow

  5. Next, refresh your Housecall Pro window. Now, you should be good to use our VoIP Dialer!
