Parts of the Job costing set up is entering your employees' pay details (inc. labor rate) in Housecall Pro. As this is sensitive information there's a way to limit access to it.
Users with the user type "Admin / Owner" will always see the pay details
For users with the user type "Office staff", you can enable this option in Settings β Employees β Employee name β Permissions.
Look for the new permission toggle called View and edit employee pay details.
The new permission is available only for the Office staff user type
It's turned off by default
Admin / Owner can always see the pay details. Using this new permission you can decide who gets to access employee pay details.
