Housecall Pro's Marketing Center offers several features designed to streamline and optimize your marketing efforts. This article provides a detailed overview of the functionalities that enhance your efficiency and effectiveness in navigating the Marketing Center features.

Ability to Rename a Campaign

Renaming a campaign in the Marketing Center is a simple yet powerful feature that helps keep your campaigns organized while facilitating easy searching and referencing.

How to Rename a Campaign:

  1. From the Marketing Center dashboard.

  2. Find the campaign you wish to rename.

  3. Click on the 3 dots to the right of the campaign you wish to rename.

  4. Select "Rename Campaign"

  5. Type the new name in the designated field and select "Update Name".

2. Ability to Duplicate a Campaign

Duplicating a campaign is an efficient way to replicate successful strategies without starting from scratch, saving both time and resources.

How to Duplicate a Campaign:

  1. From the Marketing Center dashboard.

  2. Find the campaign you wish to duplicate.

  3. Click on the 3 dots to the right of the campaign you wish to duplicate.

  4. Select ‘Duplicate Campaign’.

  5. Modify any campaign elements as needed in the duplicate version.

3. Ability to View Queued Message Count

Viewing the queued message count gives you a clear picture of how many messages are lined up for sending, helping manage your campaign delivery more effectively.

How to View Queued Message Count:

  1. Once you have fully setup and sent a campaign.

  2. From the Marketing Center dashboard, select the campaign.

  3. Locate the Queue at the top of the screen

4. Ability to See the Sent Date of a Message in a Campaign

Knowing when each message within your campaign was sent is crucial for tracking performance and understanding message delivery for performance analysis.

How to View the Sent Date of a Message:

  1. Once you have fully setup and sent a campaign.

  2. From the Marketing Center dashboard, select the campaign.

  3. Locate the "Date Sent" Column
