We offer a money-back guarantee for the first 30 days of your subscription. In some cases, we will refund you all of the monthly subscription charges if you cancel within this time period. You will not receive a refund for items not included in the baseline monthly subscription fee (including setup fees, postcards, chargebacks, etc.). To cancel your service and request a refund, please email us at cancellations@housecallpro.com 

In order to qualify, you would have to been offered the Guarantee upon sign up, and this will be documented in our end in our system.
