You have the ability to view address notes in the web portal or on the mobile app once you've added them

View Address Notes: 

1. Tap the 'Customer' icon

2. Tap the customer's name 

3. In the customer profile, scroll down to the 'Address' section

  • In the same line as the address, you can see any address notes in grey

From the Job Details Page:

1. Click the customer's name 

  • Do not click on the phone or chat icons

Add/Edit Address Notes:

1. Click into the customer's profile (see steps 1 & 2 above)

2. Tap 'Edit' in the upper right corner

3. Tap on the address you'd like to add a note to 

4. Tap on 'Address Notes

5. Tap on the screen & type your notes

6. Click the 'Back' arrow in the top left corner once you've finished

7. Tap the 'Back' arrow in the upper left corner on the Address page

8. Tap 'Save' in the upper right corner
