If a window showing 'Network Error' has popped up on your app, you can solve this issue on your own with ease.

The most common cause of this error message is that a change was made to your employee information, such as your login email or password. Follow the troubleshooting steps below:

Step 1: Log out of the app and log back in.

To log out on iOS, click the 'More' icon in the bottom right and scroll to the bottom of the screen. Click 'Log Out' in red.

To log out on Android, click the three stacked lines in the top left corner of your app. Then click the down arrow next to your email. Click log out.

Then re-enter the correct username and password to log back in!

Step 2: Check for App Updates

If logging out and then back in does not solve the issue, please check so see if there are any available App updates in the App store or Google Play Store.

Step 3: Chat in to our Tech Support Team

Chat in to our tech support team by logging in on the web portal and clicking the blue chat button in the bottom right, or chatting in through the app.
