How to view a customer's job history from the Customer Profile.

View a Customer's Job History

To view a customer's job history in the HCP web portal:

  • Open a Customer Profile.

  • Select the Jobs tab.

  • Here, you'll see the list of all jobs linked to that customer.

🛠️ Pro Tip: To export the customer's job history, click View advanced sorting and filtering under the total job count on the left. You’ll be directed to your Jobs list, filtered to show only that customer's jobs.

Optional: Customize job history columns

  • Click the Select columns to view button (3 bar icon) above the list on the right to edit which columns are displayed:

    • # (job number)

    • Job created date

    • Job scheduled for

    • Job completed date

    • Customer (display name)

    • Address

    • Description

    • Lead source

    • Amount (total price of the job)

    • Status (of the job)

    • Payment (status)

    • Notes

    • Employees

    • Tags

Optional: Filter job history

  • Click the Filters icon to narrow the list by job scheduled date or by lead source.

📌 Note: Any filters or columns applied here will not be carried over to the Jobs list to export after clicking View advanced sorting and filtering. Learn more about filtering your Jobs list! 🔎
