To block off time on the calendar for personal appointments, vacations, etc. you can create an event on the calendar.
To create an event, click the green + ADD button in the top right corner of your dashboard and select New event in the drop down menu.
Similar to when adding a job, any blue line is clickable to edit. Fill in the event or task title as well as the location if applicable.
Here's an example:
Next, click Schedule.
Next, click and drag the event to the appropriate date, or click and edit the dates in the pop-up window. Then click CONFIRM.
To assign the event to an employee, click edit team.
Check the box of the employees or employees assigned to the event. Then click DONE.
Now, click the green BACK button.
Lastly, click Save.
The event will now be displayed on your calendar.
