Overview
Juggling browser tabs during a busy call day? If a call comes in while you're on a different browser tab, a side pop-up now appears; click into it, and you're taken straight to the dialer, then right back to the HCP page to start your intake flow.
How it works
When a call rings in while you're on a different tab, a side pop-up appears in your browser.
Click into the pop-up to jump straight to the dialer.
Once the call's done, you're taken right back to the HCP page to start your intake flow.
No setup needed; just make sure pop-up blockers are turned off for HCP in your Chrome browser.
Note: If you don't see the pop-up, check your Chrome pop-up blocker settings and allow pop-ups for your HCP domain.
Who it's for: Any Voice user, especially solo operators and dispatchers who keep several browser tabs open at once.
