Often, outdated versions of the Housecall Pro site stored on your computer can cause glitches. Sometimes, there’s a difference between the version of a website stored on your computer and the version that you’re loading from the web.
Our experience has shown that clearing your cache and cookies can resolve loading-related issues most of the time because it gives everything a fresh start.
These steps may seem redundant but you’d be surprised how many times completing these actions can solve the issue, and quickly!
