  • Housecall Pro has partnered with Fundbox to provide Pros with the funding their businesses need to grow and thrive. Fundbox is a financial solutions platform dedicated to transforming the way small businesses manage their finances with fast and easy access to working capital through revolving lines of credit.

What are the advantages of Fundbox?

  • Applying for a Fundbox Line of Credit through Housecall Pro is quick and easy. You can get a credit decision in as few as 3 minutes, and funds can be available as soon as the next business day if approved. Choose your repayment plan each time you draw funds and there are no origination fees, maintenance fees, or prepayment penalties.

How much does Fundbox cost?

  • There are no fees to apply to Fundbox. Once you have a line of credit, there are no fees to draw on your credit or to repay early.

  • Line of credit fees differ for 12-week terms and 24-week terms. Fees may vary for each customer and over time. You’ll always see a clear breakdown of your repayment total before you draw funds.

Who can apply for a Fundbox Line of Credit?

  • Fundbox considers several factors when making a credit decision. An ideal candidate should have 6+ months in business, $100,000 or more in annual revenue, and a personal credit score above 600.

What information do I need for my application?

  • The application initially asks for some basic information about your business. You’ll also need to connect business accounts like your bank account and accounting software.

How do I apply?

  • You can apply for a Fundbox Line of Credit through Housecall Pro in just a few simple steps:

    • Click on the 'My Money' tab in the navigation bar at the top of your Housecall Pro account.

    • Select 'Line of Credit' from the menu on the left, under the Business Financing section.

    • Click on the 'Apply Now' button.

After I accept an offer, how quickly will I get my funds?

  • If your application is approved, funds will arrive in your bank account as soon as the next business day after you request them.

Does applying impact my credit score?

  • No, applying for a Fundbox Line of Credit does not impact your credit score. Fundbox will only make a one-time hard credit inquiry when you draw funds for the first time.


Repayment

How does repayment work?

  • You can choose between 12 or 24-week repayment terms. You’ll always see your repayment total before you draw funds. Payments are made weekly in equal installments. Your available credit replenishes as you pay, and there are no prepayment penalties.

Are there any origination fees?

  • Fundbox does not charge origination fees, maintenance fees, or prepayment penalties.

Can I repay my line of credit early?

  • After your weekly payment plan begins, you can pay the entire balance at any time, with no prepayment penalties, in your Fundbox dashboard or by calling Fundbox at (855) 908-3550 by 9:00 AM ET on the day of the scheduled debit.

Will it be possible for my line of credit to increase?

  • Yes, it is possible for your line of credit to increase. Your account will periodically be reassessed for limit increases.

  • Fundbox supports most banks and credit unions.

Can I log into Fundbox with my Housecall Pro username and password?

  • No, you will need to create a separate login for your Fundbox account. You will need this login to access your Fundbox dashboard.
