How to make a service price adjustment in your price book?

Learn how to change your service prices via the price adjustor tool in your price book/list.

At this time, price adjustments will apply to all your non-flat rate, service price book items.

To adjust your prices for flat rate price book items, please leverage your material mark up tables or modifying your labor rate.

Step 1: Navigate to your 'Price Book' via your top nav bar or via 'Account Settings' and then into 'Price Book'

Step 2: Once in your 'Price Book', click into the 'Service price adjuster' on your left hand settings

Step 3: Select whether you want to set an increase or decrease pricing adjustment. This is also where you will be able to set the amount for your price adjustment.

In this view, you will also be able to select the price book industries and/or specific categories you are looking to adjust by clicking on the '>' icon and checking the ones you are looking to modify the price for.

Step 4: Once you have set your service price adjustment and you have set whether you want to round to the nearest dollar, press 'Save'

Step 5: Confirm the price adjustment changes you are able to make to your price book services

Please note that dependent on how many services you are looking to adjust, this can take some time.

Step 6: You will receive an email once the price adjustments have been made

Important Notes:

  • Once you confirm a price adjustment increase, it cannot be undone. Please triple check the information is correct before confirming

  • At this time, the price adjuster will only work for price book services that are not flat rate calculated
