1. Go to My Money

  2. Click Expense Cards on the left navigation

  3. Click the employee you would like to order a new card for

  4. Click remove cardholder and follow the prompts

  5. Click “Add cardholders”

  6. Select your employee you would like to create a card for

  7. Provide a shipping address and click ship card

  8. The card is on the way

If you don't see the employee you would like to send a card to, then please make sure this employee has already been added to Housecall Pro. Expense cards are only available for employees within your company.
