Reporting Dashboard Overview

The reporting dashboard takes several of the most important reports from all areas of reporting and puts them into one dashboard. The dashboard makes it easier than ever to see vital business metrics and make important business decisions rooted in data.


Access your Reporting Dashboard

To access the Reporting Dashboard:

  • Go to Reporting in the top navigation bar.

  • Once inside, you’ll see your default dashboard and any additional dashboards you’ve created.

  • Click on any card to open the full report and drill down into more details.

📌 Note: Employees must have the Access reporting permission enabled to access the Reports tab


Updating Dashboard Date Ranges & View

  • You can use the Global date range drop-down at the top of your dashboard to update all reports at once.

  • You can also view your graphs by day, week, month, quarter, or year by selecting the Show by drop-down at the top of your dashboard.


Customize Reporting Dashboard

To resize or change the view of a report:

  • Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the reporting card.

  • Available options include:

    • Increase or decrease the width of the reporting card

    • Switch between Bar chart, Line chart, or Table view

To move a reporting card:

  • Click the arrow icon in the top-right of the reporting card, then drag it to a new placement.
