Where to update your estimate email and SMS content?

Your estimate and invoice default content can only be modified via web for your entire org. You will want to navigate to your 'Account settings' via the gear icon in the top right hand corner and click into the tab that says 'Estimates'.

Once you're there, click into the 'Email and SMS' tab from the left hand navigation where you will be able to begin editing your current defaults. If you are navigating here for the first time, you will see the Housecall Pro default generated content.

How to edit my content?

To begin editing, you will want to confirm whether you'd like to modify the Email or the SMS content and go to the appropriate section.

Click 'Edit' in the appropriate section, enter your desired wording and click 'Save' to set those changes live for all future estimates.

Your content will be live as soon as you press 'Save'. It is critical to ensure you are are satisfied and have audited your content ahead of saving those changes.
