On your mobile device:
Open the HCP app
[On iPhone / Apple] Click 'More' (Bottom right corner)
[On Android] Click the three lines at the top left corner
Click 'Expense History'
Click on an Expense Cards purchase line item
Click 'Add receipt'
Take a new photo or upload one from your photo library
Upload the receipt image
You're done!
On your desktop:
Go to 'My Money' in your HCP account
Click 'Transactions' on the left-hand side under 'HCP Money'
Click on an Expense Cards purchase line item
Click 'Upload'
Upload the receipt image
You're done!
ⓘ Technicians and office staff can upload receipts using the Housecall Pro app but only for their own purchases. Admins can upload receipts from a desktop for all Expense Card purchases but only their own transactions on the mobile app.
