Manage Duplicate Customers
Click on Customers in the top navigation bar
Click the Actions button and select “Manage duplicates”
We automatically identify possible duplicate customers based on customer name (display name) matches.
Click the carrot to open the row for a particular customer to review all possible duplicates.
If you confirm that they are duplicates, select some or all of the customers and then click the Merge button.
A modal will pop up to merge the customers. Check all of the information being merged. If everything is correct, click Merge Customers to finalize the merge. Note: you cannot unmerge customers after completing this step.
You will stay on the page to easily review and merge all possible duplicate customers. Note: if any customers are not duplicates, you can leave them in the table without merging them
Merge Customers
Combine duplicate customer profiles easily in the web portal.
Click on the 'Customers' icon in the navigation bar
From the customer list view, Select the customers (2 or more) you need to merge by checking the box on the left
Click the 'Bulk Actions' dropdown
Click "merge customers" and check the information of the customers being merged.
Choose the correct information from the drop-down options (if applicable)
Click 'Merge Customers'
Finally, confirm and click "merge customers" to finalize the merge.
You CANNOT unmerge the customers once you click confirm
You will be taken directly to the newly merged customer profile
