Automated campaign flows involve creating a series of predefined steps or actions that guide your customers through a personalized journey. By automating these processes, you can streamline your campaign management, ensure consistency, and deliver a tailored experience to each customer.

Setting Up Your Automated Campaign Flow: A Step-by-Step Guide

Follow these steps to set up an automated campaign flow and unlock the full potential of personalized customer journeys:

Step 1: Access the Automated Campaign Flows Feature

Log in to your account and navigate to the Marketing section. Click NEW CAMPAIGN and Campaign flows to begin creating your automated campaign.

Step 2: Choose a template or build your own

If you want to start with the pre-built template, select from template options and click USE THIS TEMPLATE or you can start from scratch by clicking BUILD MY OWN .

Step 3: Customize your flow

Define the delays before messages send and the type and content of messages. Click ADD STEP and select Add a delay, Add Email, or Add Step to include these actions. For existing actions, you can click on the box to edit them

Step 4: Create compelling content

Craft engaging content for each step of your campaign flow. Tailor messages to align with the specific needs and interests of customers at different stages of their journey. You can choose from our templates, use our Smart Writer, or create your own custom content. Once all your steps look good, click NEXT.

Step 5: Select your audience

Now you can choose from existing lists of customers or create your own by clicking NEW LIST. You can include or exclude customer by various factors such as tag, city , zip code .

Step 5: Test your campaign flow

Before going live, thoroughly test your automated campaign flow to ensure that triggers, actions, and content work seamlessly together. Identify and resolve any potential issues to provide a smooth experience for your customers.
