New Schedule View Coming Soon
We’re upgrading the schedule view to make scheduling jobs and estimates faster and easier. With fewer clicks and smarter tools, scheduling is easier than ever. Try the upgraded view before it becomes permanent on November 1, 2025.
This change is ONLY impacting the calendar when scheduling a specific job or estimate. Not your primary calendar.
Try the new schedule
The new view is available to try before it permanently rolls out later this fall. To turn it on, click Beta in the top right corner of the Schedule page when scheduling a job or estimate, then select Explore beta version from the drop-down.
If you'd like to go back to the previous schedule view, click Beta once again, then select Revert to old version.
What's changing with the new schedule?
All scheduling information has been moved into the left rail of the page.
Functionality previously in the left rail has been moved to different locations.
Customer and line items are now viewable from the left rail.
Edit job tags, customer tags, and job notes.
Find a Time - Scheduling suggestions based on drive time (coming soon).
Job duration is set based on the line items (coming soon).
Key Changes (Before & After)
All scheduling inputs are now live on the left rail of the page. No more clicking multiple times to adjust date, time, and assignee.

Employee filtering moved to the top right corner of the toolbar. The list can still be filtered by name or tag.
Monthly date picker moved to the top toolbar. Select the date range or the dropdown next to the date range to access.
New Features
Schedule a Time - Find open available in your schedule using the find a time feature. Click FIND A TIME on the left rail, filter by date, duration, employee and customer availability to find open time slots on your calendar. This feature will be released in September 2025.
Estimated Job Duration - The default job duration is based on the sum of the duration of all the line items. Duration can be set up in Price book - instructions are here. This feature will be released in September 2025.
The duration of the job will default to 1 hour if there is nothing specified in the line items.
View, edit, and add customer tags, job/estimate tags, and job/estimate notes.
View relevant job details like customer name, address, and phone number. See line items. And preview the job on the map
