Put your AI team to work, right from the mobile inbox

Housecall Pro now gives you seamless access to your AI Team directly from the Inbox in the mobile app. Whether you’re in the field or managing from your phone, you can quickly:

  • Ask Help AI questions about your account setup

  • Ask for hiring or growth advice from Coach AI

  • Get data insights about your business from Analyst AI

All conversations happen in the mobile Inbox, right where you already chat with your customers and your team.


How to Use the AI Team on Mobile

Access AI in the Inbox

  • Open the Housecall Pro mobile app.

  • Go to Inbox in the bottom navigation bar.

  • Select AI Team to start a chat.

🛠️ Pro Tip: One single chat thread with all AI Team members prevents needing to manage multiple conversations.

  • Send a message or use a suggested prompt to start.

  • To mention an AI Team member, type @ to see the list of available AI Team members (e.g., Help, Coach, Analyst, Accountant).

Send Prompts to the AI Team

  • Ask questions like:

    • "How many jobs did we do last month?"

    • "How do I add an employee?"

    • "What marketing ideas should I try this season?"

  • React to AI messages to give feedback on their response and help them improve.
