Overview
Command & Control – Pricing Forms is part of the Command & Control suite, designed to enforce brand standards and operational consistency across your entire franchise network. This article focuses specifically on Pricing Forms.
Command & Control – Pricing Forms allows you to:
Prevent Franchisees from creating, updating, or deleting Pricing Forms in their own account.
Sync Pricing Forms from your Template Account to your Franchisees' accounts so they have the right forms available.
Optionally allow Franchisees to edit pricing only while keeping form structure locked — so prices can reflect local market differences without changing brand-standard form setup.
Prerequisites
Available on Franchise accounts only — your account must be set up with a Template Account in your franchise hierarchy.
How Command & Control – Pricing Forms Works
When Command & Control – Pricing Forms is enabled on your Template Account, your Franchisees lose the ability to manage their own Pricing Forms. Any Pricing Forms that exist in your Template Account are synced to each linked Franchisee account, ensuring everyone is using the same brand-standard forms.
At a high level:
The Template Account becomes the source of truth for all Pricing Forms.
Franchisees automatically receive the Pricing Forms from your Template Account.
Franchisees cannot create new Pricing Forms, edit form structure, or delete existing forms.
You decide whether Franchisees can adjust certain elements within the form, or whether the form is fully locked.
Additional Controls — Granular Pricing Lock
Some Franchises want their Franchisees to charge different prices based on local market conditions, while keeping the form structure (fields, options, scheduling rules) consistent across the network. Additional Controls make this possible.
When Additional Controls are enabled, you can choose any combination:
Additional Control | Elements that can be edited by the Franchisee |
Allow Edits to Details Only | Name, Details, Image, and “Attach to Job/Estimate” toggle |
Allow Edits to Online Booking | The entire Booking & Scheduling Preferences section |
Allow Edits to Pricing Only | Pricing for each individual field |
Allow Edits to Fields + Pricing Only | Fields and pricing are both editable |
📌 Note: Fields have to either be locked with pricing editable, or both pricing and fields have to be editable - Fields cannot be editable by themselves.
Details section locked
Booking & Scheduling Preferences Locked
Fields & Pricing Section Locked
What Franchisees See When Command & Control – Pricing Forms Is Enabled
A banner appears at the top of the Pricing Forms page in each Franchisee's account, letting them know the forms are managed by the Franchisor and the Template Account.
Depending on your configuration, Franchisees will see one of the following:
Fully locked — The entire Pricing Form is read-only. Franchisees can view it but cannot edit any field, price, or setting.
Additional Controls – Sections or elements of the Pricing Form are editable while others are read-only. This is based on your Command & Control configuration
Create / Delete disabled — In all cases, Franchisees cannot create new Pricing Forms or delete existing ones, regardless of whether pricing edits are allowed.
How to Enable Command & Control – Pricing Forms

Click Confirm to apply the changes — your Template Account's Pricing Forms will sync to all linked Franchisee accounts
Frequently Asked Questions
Can Franchisees still use Pricing Forms during a job or estimate?
Yes. Franchisees can use any synced Pricing Form when creating estimates or jobs — they just can't modify the form itself unless you've enabled pricing edits.
What happens to the Pricing Forms my Franchisees already had before I enabled Command & Control?
Pricing Forms that exist only in a Franchisee account (and not in your Template) will be archived when Command & Control is enabled. Going forward, Franchisees will only see the Pricing Forms that exist in your Template Account. When you turn off Command & Control, the Pricing Forms from your template account will still persist on the Franchisee’s account
If I allow Franchisees to edit pricing, will their changes sync back to my Template Account?
No. Pricing changes made by a Franchisee are local to that Franchisee's account. Your Template Account remains the source of truth for the form's structure, and each Franchisee can have their own local pricing on top of that.
Can I turn Command & Control – Pricing Forms off later?
Yes. You can re-enable Franchisee management of Pricing Forms at any time from the Template Settings page. Franchisees will regain the ability to create, edit, and delete their own forms.
