This article describes how to download and print an invoice on the web portal.
From the Job Details page, click View & Send Invoice
To print, click on the print icon which will open a tab and window to select your printing options.
To download, click the download icon which will automatically download a PDF file to your computer.
Open the PDF on your computer and SAVE and/or PRINT from there.
View an Estimate or Invoice (iPhone)
Preview an estimate or invoice on your iPhone.
To view an estimate or invoice on your iPhone, follow the steps below.
Open the estimate or invoice details page
Click the 'Invoice' or 'Estimate' icon (paper airplane)
And that's it!
From this page, you can:
Add attachments (paper clip icon)
Adjust the setting options (gear icon)
Send to the customer (blue 'Send' button)
Return to the details page (click 'X')
Print an Estimate or Invoice (iPhone)
Print an estimate or invoice from your mobile app on the iPhone.
To print an estimate or invoice from the mobile app, follow the steps below.
Keep in mind:
Required: your phone must have AirPrint enabled and connected to a printer. You will not be able to use a cord to connect your phone and the printer.
You must have Admin/Owner permissions to print from your iPhone.
Open the estimate or invoice details page
Tap the 'Estimate' or 'Invoice' icon (paper airplane icon)
Tap the Printer icon under the blue 'Send' button
Select the printer, the number of copies, and click 'Print'
