Printer-friendly versions of your customer's Service plans can be accessed from their Service plan details page.
At this time, printing is available only for plans that have been attached to a customer.
Page layout varies based on the status of the Service plan when it is printed and includes accepted date information when applicable.
From the Service Plan Dashboard
To download or print a customer's Service plan from the Service plan dashboard:
Go to My Apps > Service plans
In the Plan summary, click View all to view your plans
Select a customer's plan
Click the More icon (⋮) in the top-right
Select Print service plan from the drop-down
Select the Destination:
Save as PDF to download and send via email
Connect to your printer to print.
From the Customer Profile
To download or print a customer's Service plan from their Customer profile:
Go to the addresses section and select the Service plan linked to the address
Click the More icon (⋮) in the top right
Select Print service plan from the drop-down
Select the Destination:
Save as PDF to download and send via email
Connect to your printer to print.
