If you utilize our Property Profile feature for recording Make, Model, and Serial Number information of equipment belonging to your customers, you can associate these items with their corresponding Service Plan.

  1. Go to the customer's profile and select the correct Service Plan.

  2. On the Service Plan details page select the Property Profile Item you'd like to associate with the plan.

  3. Once the item has been added to the Service Plan you will now see this relationship reflected in the Property Profile details.
